If you are seeing an £18 charge at checkout it means that you have not entered your country as United Kingdom and your full postcode - By doing so you will see the correct charge.
At checkout, you will be presented with the postage option/s available for you, which are dependent on your postcode.
The charge for postage is fixed regardless of the quantity or weight in your basket.
Most orders will have DPD as the single option. We only use Royal Mail when absolutely necessary e.g. if DPD do not cover your address.
DPD is our preferred supplier as their service as far superior to Royal Mail, who have let us down too often.
DPD provide recipients a 1 hour delivery window provided by SMS and email so you don't have to wait in all day. You can watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot.
DPD In-flight Options
As well as keeping customers informed at every stage of the journey, DPD believe in maximising choice and convenience. That's why they provide access to a suite of options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing you to take delivery of your goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:
Select an alternative delivery date
Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
Upgrade delivery to by 12 noon

DPD Next Day delivers approx 99% of orders next day, although this is not guaranteed. Orders placed on a Friday before 2PM will be delivered on Monday - Next day applies to working days only.
Royal Mail 48 has an aim to deliver within 2-3 days
Royal Mail 24 has an aim to deliver the next working day (Not guaranteed)
If you are local to us (Harrogate) there is an option to arrange collection of your order from our shop (Greenvill Crafts). This saves you paying a delivery charge. When your order is ready to be collected you will receive an email from us.
